Gracie's Birthday Party!

We celebrated Gracie's birthday today with Oma, Grandpa, Grammy, Cousin Hugo, Auntie Emily & Uncle Pat.  What a great afternoon to hang out together and celebrate our sweet 2 year old.  I love that Gracie is not yet "in to" presents and just enjoys playing with the wrapping paper and being around all her favorite people.  Isn't that what its all about?  Happy Birthday Gracie!

We headed to Mallard's to celebrate Gracie's 2nd birthday.  Gracie loves her some ice cream!  It's hard to believe that our little girl is already almost out of toddler stage and becoming a full on girl.  We feel so lucky to be her parents and get to see her grow into her own personality.  She is such a funny, silly, spirited little girl and we love her so much!

Leavenworth: Oma & Grandpa Anniversary

We spent the weekend in Leavenworth celebrating Oma & Grandpa's 40th wedding anniversary.  Luna & Gracie loved spending time with cousin Hugo (and the rest of us).  The weekend was filled with trips to the park, walks, and playing outside.  What a great way to celebrate Oma & Grandpa!  We feel so lucky to have you as an example!

Dentist & Lunch Date

Wednesday was Luna's half-yearly dental check up with Dr. Bult.  Luna was a ROCK STAR and did some great listening and had a good report from the doctor.  Gracie was scheduled for her first check up but was not so sure about the process, even after watching Luna.  Dr. Bult was able to count her teeth (16) but no cleaning today.  Maybe in 6 months.....

Spring Play Day

To celebrate the sunny weather, we headed out to breakfast and then down to Fairhaven for some quality outdoor messing around.  The girls enjoyed hiking over each bench all the way up and down Taylor dock

Welcome Spring!

We kicked off Spring Break in style at the homestead this weekend with an impromptu BBQ.  Jenny & the kids and Sarah & Owen joined us for burgers in the backyard to enjoy some rare sunshine and (almost) warm weather.  So excited for more backyard fun and sunny days to come!
