One of my favorite childhood holiday traditions was piling into the family station wagon and driving around looking at Christmas light displays. I think the girls have embraced this as one of their favorites now as well. The other night we got the girls into their PJs, made some hot cocoa (Gracie was beside herself with excitement for this new found pleasure!) and set out to see what Bellingham neighborhoods had to offer. I was pretty impressed with what we found, as well as the stamina the girls had for taking it all in. Definitely a tradition we will keep!
